Limited or not the right fit

High ambient humidity; sealed rooms; strict temperature or humidity set-points; moisture-sensitive processes; or poor outdoor-air quality without suitable filtration.

Direct evaporative cooling cannot cool below the entering air’s wet-bulb temperature. MaxCool checks climate, heat load, fresh-air entry, exhaust path and placement before recommending a solution.

The MaxCool Omega draws warm factory air through wetted cooling media. Water evaporation absorbs heat, while high-volume airflow delivers cooler humidified air to occupied work zones without refrigerant gas.

The fan draws warm air through water-saturated cooling media.

Water evaporation cools the air

Heat from the airstream evaporates part of the water. The air’s dry-bulb temperature falls while its moisture content increases.

Cooler air moves through the work zone

High-volume airflow moves cooler, more humid air through the occupied zone. Warm air must be able to leave through open doors, windows, louvres or mechanical exhaust.

Best fit: hot, relatively dry conditions and open or well-ventilated factories, warehouses and workshops. Cooling performance depends on the entering-air dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures, cooling-media effectiveness, airflow, ventilation, heat load, layout and placement.

What is an industrial evaporative cooler?

It draws warm air through wetted cooling media. As water evaporates, heat is absorbed and the fan delivers cooler humidified air into an open or well-ventilated workspace.

Where does evaporative cooling work best?

It performs best in hot, dry conditions and in open or well-ventilated spaces. A clear path is needed for fresh air to enter and warm humid air to leave.

Is the MaxCool Omega an air conditioner?

No. It is a water-based mobile evaporative cooler. It does not use refrigerant gas and is not designed to cool a tightly sealed room like conventional air conditioning.

How much area can one Omega cool?

Up to approximately 300 m² is an application guide, not a guarantee. The practical result depends on temperature, relative humidity, heat load, ceiling height, ventilation, airflow obstructions and cooler placement.

How much power does the MaxCool Omega use?

The Omega uses a 1.10 kW IE4 EC motor on 220 V, 50 Hz single-phase power. The electrical point and circuit must still be suitable for the application.

Can I rent an industrial evaporative cooler instead of buying?

Yes. MaxCool provides purchase and rental options, subject to the application, location and equipment availability.
